HOW DO WE KNOW WHAT TO LET GO OF AND WHAT IS TO BE FOUGHT FOR

HOW DO WE KNOW WHAT TO LET GO OF AND WHAT IS TO BE FOUGHT FOR?
submitted by Georjean Parrish
Focus on what you need that would be healthy, loving and lifegiving. Believe that you deserve to feel healthy, and supported in your life. What needs to be fought for is that which is essential to enhancing yours and others lives. The ultimate good is the good that would nurture healthy life and fullfillment in everyone and anyone. What we need to let go of is that which falls away or looks less attractive when we fill up the space with what feels and is lifegiving. When we have the contrast and know a difference then the truth becomes clear and what is not essential or healthy falls away.

  1. I agree with Georjean's post. Too often we we look at what is wrong with us. I like the analogy of filling the space left by the letting go of what is less attractive, filling it with what feels positive and life-giving. I am a proud follower of your blog.

  2. Thanks for your feedback Sue and for joining my blog. Focusing on what we do want and filling with that actually pushes out anything that doesn't really belong to us. Our soul and our body know their original state of being and will let go of what has been learned if it does not fit our essence and mission, our true self.
